Chapter 20 - Code Red!
Back at the mansion, Alois merrily pranced in first. "Claude, we're back~" he sang.
Claude emerged from the shadows, the same blank expression he always had, "It's about time you guys got back. Grell has been here and refuses to leave."
Sebastian closed the door behind them, "Seriously, him again?"
"Is that Sebastian's voice I hear?" The scarlet reaper tip-toed out from behind a pillar. "Oh, can it be? It is! Oh, Bassy!" He leaped forward and began towards the demon.
Sebastian sighed and discretely held out his leg just in time to trip the giggling mess running towards him. With a thud, Grell hit the tiled floor.
"Ouchies...." he whined. "Why would you do that Bassy?"
Frustrated, Claude faced Grell, "Now that you've seen that Sebastian is here, will you please get the hell out?"
Grell rubbed his bruised face, "Of course not! I'm not done with you yet, Bassy."
Ciel rolled his eyes, "Typical Grell..."
The twins looked at each other confusedly. Then, they turned toward Ciel, "Who?" They asked in unison.
"That weird guy with the pointy teeth," Ciel made a disgusted look towards Grell, "and obnoxiously bright hair."
Alois broke through the tension. "Oh, Claude I've missed you so much," Alois tackled Claude and hung from his coat.
Claude grabbed Alois's little hands and gently removed him, "Of course you have."
Grell stood up quickly, "How come I don't get a hug?!"
Ciel glided over to the nearest chair and plopped down. "Because you are a god-for-nothing little wallflower," he smirked.
Grell grew red as his hair with anger, "Oh you little brat! Why I oughtta--"
"You won't lay a finger on him," Eisheth stepped in front of Ciel. She fiercely guarded him, "I won't let you touch him."
Grell took a few seconds to check the new chick out, "And just who is this little whore?"
Eisheth bore her teeth, "I was about to ask the same thing?"
He raised an eyebrow, "Well, I'm Grell," he took a step closer. "Who are you?"
She squinted her eyes, still stiff in guarding mode, "Eisheth... Eisheth Aensland."
Damion stood next to her, "And I'm her brother, Damion."
Ciel blushed from behind Eisheth. Only Sebastian guards him like that. Why does she make him feel like this? "Will you move please?"
Eisheth looked over her shoulder, "But why?"
Ciel looked away, "Your... your ass is in my face..." Yes, that was a nice save, Ciel thought.
"Oh," she took a couple steps to her left, "So sorry Ciel!"
Ciel sighed, "It's okay... I guess."
Alois centered himself around the attention again, "Are we going to have a sleepover or not?"
Grell's eyes lit up, "Sleepover! Where?"
Hannah walked up behind Sebastian and whispered to him, "Should we tell him... or lie?"
Sebastian whispered back over his shoulder, "Just do but say nothing if he asks you. I will do the same."
She nodded and backed away.
Damion looked at the two demons and back to Ciel, "Do you have any clue on what they're whispering?"
Ciel looked up at him, "Not, really... Nor do I care much."
Damion scooted towards Alois, "What about you, Alois?"
"Nope!" Alois smiled back.
Damion nodded slowly and stepped back to his sister.
Eisheth turned to Ciel, "So... What should we do?"
Ciel returned a shrug.
Alois piped up, "Well, we could hang out with Claude. The atmosphere here is to awkward for me."
"I feel your pain bro... but why Claude?" Damion questioned.
Ciel smiled a little, "Would you prefer Grell?"
"He's got a point," Eisheth looked at her brother.
Alois jumped around in the center of the group. He stood upright and clapped his hands, "Anyone up for some singing?"
Damion seemed interested, "Which song?"
"How about 'Bruises and Bitemarks'?" Eisheth suggested.
"You have the song?" asked Alois.
Eisheth giggled, "It's on my Ipod. I have speakers for it, too."
Ciel stood, "Can we take this party to my room. I'm getting tired of this one. Maybe a nice rave would do you guys some good."
"YES!" Alois and Eisheth yelled.
"SEBASTIAN!" Eisheth called.
"Yes M'lady?"
"Will you get us Cheetos, Dr. Pepper, whipped cream, and strawberries?"
Ciel looked very confused now, "What... what's a Cheeto?"
There was a moment of complete silence. This was interrupted by the blond child, "Oh my god! What's is wrong with you? Have you been living under a rock your whole life?!"
Like a headless chicken, Damion ran in small circles, "CODE RED!! WE HAVE A CODE RED EMERGENCY!!"
Grell looked down on them, "Crazy children..."
Eisheth tried yelling over Damion, "Sebastian, can you hurry so they'll shut up?"
Sebastian sighed, "Of course. Hannah, come with me." They quickly disappeared from the madness.
Eisheth held Ciel's hand,"Hang in there, Ciel. Everything is going to be okay."
Damion came to a quick halt and knelt beside Ciel, "Do you think he's going to make it, Alois?"
Alois laid a hand on Damion's shoulder, "I hope so..."
Ciel looked quickly among them, "Uhh..."
"WE'RE LOSING HIM!!" Eisheth yelled, "Get a pillow, we need to get him to the floor."
Ciel eyed her confusedly, "I'm perfectly fi--"
"QUIET!!" Alois pinned Ciel to the floor.
The missing demons returned quickly to the commotion. "We have Cheetos!" Hannah tossed the bag towards Damion.
The three kids circled around Ciel. "Now open up," Eisheth commanded."
"Now wait just a--" Ciel was interrupted. Damion crammed a fist full of Cheetos into Ciel's mouth.
Damion guided his jaw, "Chew... chew... and swallow..."
Ciel was quiet for a second. "Not bad," he muttered.
The three on top looked at each other. Alois grinned wide, "The operation was a success." They cheered.
Claude emerged from the shadows, the same blank expression he always had, "It's about time you guys got back. Grell has been here and refuses to leave."
